■ Maternity BVM Parish buys gift certificates from the various stores at a discount. ■ Anyone can buy the certificates at face value from the parish before they shop. The certificates spend just like cash in the stores. Some stores even accept them as payment on your charge accounts. They also make great gift ideas for every occasion. ■ When you purchase the certificates, you will receive a voucher worth money for any Catholic School tuition ( Grades Pre-K through College & CCD programs.) The credit voucher is based on the amount of certificates you buy and the discount for that particular store. ■ The vouchers are good for three years from the date of purchase and they can be redeemed any time a tuition payment is made. ■ Anyone can buy the certificates and designate the tuition credit to go to any of the following: A) Any family (grandchildren, neighbors, friends, etc.) with students in Catholic School. B) Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) - to help families with a financial need. C) Maternity BVM Parish ■ There is no limit to the amount of money you can save or the number of people who can designate your family. ■ It is suggested that every family with children in our grade school buy about $75 per week or $3900 per year (July through June) to be eligible for the lower tuition rate. This would be a savings of about $300 on your tuition. ■ It’s a good idea to let us know if you need a large amount of a particular store so we can make sure we order enough. We make every effort to have enough stock of the more than 60 stores that we carry. However, we can’t always anticipate extra volume, back orders, etc. Also, we can’t carry every store available, so we also offer many stores on a special order basis. Leave your pre-paid order by Sunday and it’s available by Thursday. HOW TO REDEEM THE VOUCHERS FOR MATERNITY B.V.M. GRADE SCHOOL... ...Whenever you are making a tuition payment, just include a copy of your latest voucher and write the amount of outstanding credit in your account that you wish to redeem. If it’s the entire amount just circle it. The vouchers are just like cash. For example, if you make a monthly payment of $100 and your outstanding credit is $60, send in $40 with your latest voucher. If you have any of the old yellow vouchers please include all of them.
